Techno Brain featured as Cover Story of CIO East Africa Magazine
Techno Brain, is proud to announce that its BPO / ITES unit’s commitment towards empowering of Africa with innovative offerings has been featured in CIO East Africa Magazine. With the title “Techno Brain’s mSecured and mIVR platforms pushing Kenya to global BPO map” under Contact Centres & Customer Service section, the coverage focuses on challenging opportunities leveraged by Techno Brain BPO / ITES to drive Kenya’s economic growth.
The feature stated that despite challenges in the global and local BPO arena, the Kenyan government still envisions the BPO industry as an emerging and growing sector key for provision of employment for the youth. The feature also showcased how Techno Brain is taking up various initiatives towards supporting the government’s Vision 2030 of making BPO industry as one of the sectors to drive Kenya’s economic growth.
Major focus was on mSecured – Helpline Case Management and mIVR – Interactive Voice Response based Healthcare products of Techno Brain BPO / ITES’s and the impact they are creating in Africa.
