Customer Immersion Experience
Techno Brain, Africa’s leading IT Solutions, IT Education and Training and BPO/ IT Enabled Services provider conducted a session on Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) on February 20th 2014 in Microsoft Office, Nairobi, Kenya. This session was organised in association with Microsoft.
During the half day session industry experts from CTM and Small & Medium Business of private, educational and government sectors shared real-time industry and business experiences and practices with respect to Microsoft technologies. The session offered customers an opportunity to immerse themselves real time with Microsoft cloud technologies, with focus on key features of Lync and SharePoint online.
The objective of CIE session was to sensitize clients on the latest Microsoft technologies – Office 365, Windows Azure and explain how cloud solutions can boost their core business productivity.
